Pacific Beach Resort lodging is open to all Military, active, retired and reservists, all DOD and federal employees. Authorized users may sponsor family members and friends as their guests. Standard Rooms
All guest rooms are equipped with a TV and video player, small microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker and hairdryer. Daily housekeeping service is provided for all guest rooms. No pets allowed. Check-in time is after 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am.

Jacuzzi Suites
These spacious one-room suites feature a Jacuzzi tub, coffee maker, hair dryer, fridge and microwave, TV with VCR/DVD and iron. They offer a great ocean view and include daily housekeeping services. No pets allowed. Check-in time is after 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am.

Presidential Suite
These two-room suites have a sitting room and gas fireplace. They include coffee maker, hair dryer, fridge and microwave, TV with VCR/DVD and iron. Included is daily housekeeping service. Check-in time is after 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am.

Pets are welcome in our Presidential Suites for a charge of $15 for each pet per night. Pets must be accompanied at all times and kept on a leash when outside.

Cottages
Some cottages have a living room with wood burning stove, TV with video player, kitchen with basic cooking equipment and place settings, and include either 3 or 4 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. Beds have one blanket and a bedspread, pillows and linen. Some ocean-side cottages have a washer and dryer. Towel exchanges are available for cottages without laundry facilities every other day if requested. View newly remodeled cottages

There is a maximum occupancy of 10, including children, in 3-bedroom cottages and 12 in 4-bedroom cottages. Each cottage is limited to 4 cars. RVs must be parked at the RV site or in the overflow area. Please note that there is no parking on the grass. Tents at cottages are charged $5 per night. Rollaway beds are $10 per night. Cottage check-in is after 3 pm and checkout time is 11 am.

Pets are welcome in all of our cottages. The charge for each pet is $15 per night. Pets must be accompanied at all times and kept on a leash when outside. Please keep your pets off the furniture. Guest is responsible for any and all damage of the cottage. Additional fees may be apply.

RV Spaces
Located in the ocean-bluff park have access to a clam sink, a covered shelter with BBQ, a guest Laundromat, showers and a dumpsite. Each site is equipped with electricity, water, a picnic table and TV cable from April 1 - October 31. There is a limit of 2 vehicles per site. Site number requests cannot be accommodated. Pets are limited to 2 per site. RV Park check-in after 1 pm and checkout time is 11 am.

Campsites
These sites are in an ocean-bluff park and have one picnic table. There is a public fire-pit beside the campground but no fire pit at each site. Showers and restrooms are available in the area. All resort amenities are open to campers. Pets are limited to 2 per site.

All guests and vehicles must be registered with the desk. Campground check-in after 1 pm and checkout time is 11 am.

Camping sites have space for 2 tents, 2 vehicles and will accommodate 8 people. Group camping has space for 8 tents, 8 vehicles and will accommodate 25 people.
