We allow pets in the pet friendly Cottages and Presidential Suites. The charge for each pet is $15 per night. Pets must be accompanied at all times and kept on a leash when outside. Please keep your pets off the furniture. The guest is responsible for any and all damage of the cottage. Additional fees may be apply.
There are no pets allowed in the newly renovated Motel. Pets are allowed in the RV park and Campground however leash laws are in effect, so please keep your pet on a lease and clean up after it. Maximum of two pets per unit/space please. Let the clerk know at the time of the reservation if you are planning on bringing any pets.

No. There is a community fire pit by the whale-watching tower adjacent to the campground.

| » Will my credit card be charged at the time of my reservation? |
We require an advance deposit equal to the first night's room rate to hold a reservation. You may choose to pay this with your credit card at the time of reservation or mail a check within two weeks of the date of reservation.

| » Is there a PX or NX at Pacific Beach? |
No. The closest location is in Fort Lewis. We do have a Gift Shop with snacks and drinks or there is a mini-mart in downtown Pacific Beach about three blocks from the property. The closest major grocery store is in the Aberdeen / Hoquiam area.

| » What times of year are the busiest? |
All summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day, school vacations and major holidays including most weekends. Weekends that are the easiest to make reservations for are the couple before Christmas. Ask about our special winter rates!

| » How are the kitchens equipped in the cabins? |
All of the kitchens have a toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher (soap is provided). All cabins have place settings.

| » Are linens provided for the cabins? |
Yes. Towel sets are provided for the cabins, six sets for the Three Bedroom Cabins and eight sets for the Four Bedroom Cabins. Sheets, blankets and pillows will be provided for the amount of beds in the unit. Housekeeping service is not provided for cabins with a washer and dryer for those cabins without a washer and dryer housekeeping service will be provided every other day.

Not directly, but at the north and south end of the property it’s just a short walk. We are located on a bluff overlooking the ocean.
