Break out of your everyday routine and discover a new favorite workout. Spin is a cardio cycling that combines speed drills, hill climbing, and intervals to increase the heart rate.

Important Notes:

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in

  • All classes are 50 min unless otherwise noted.

  • Limited space is available

  • Certified fitness professionals teach all classes and are included with facility access.
