Group Fitness: Kettlebell Express

Break out of your everyday routine and discover a new favorite workout. Kettlebell Express is a combination of strength and cardiovascular conditioning with flexibility and endurance benefits from the swing and lift motions in kettlebell exercises.

FREE FOR ACTIVE DUTY, retirees and their families.
FEE APPLIES TO DoD civilians and contractors | Bangor Fitness Center

Certified fitness professionals teach all classes. Limited space is available. Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in. All classes are 30 min unless otherwise noted. 

Open to active duty, reservists, retirees, DoD employees and their families.
