Group Fitness: Yoga

Find you balance, flexibility and inner peace with Yoga!  Our Yoga classes are designed to help you stretch, strengthen and calm you mind, no matter your experience level.  Whether you’re looking for a gentle flow to relieve stress, a power yoga session to build strength or restorative poses to improve flexibility, our instructors will guide you through each movement with intention and focus.  Join us on the mat and discover the physical and mental benefits of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Mondays & Wednesdays | 6-7 a.m.

Important Notes:

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in

  • All classes are 50 min unless otherwise noted.

  • Limited space is available

  • Certified fitness professionals teach all classes and are included with facility access.
