Group Fitness: Kickboxing

Break out of your everyday routine and discover a new favorite workout. Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio.

Kickboxing Class
Tuesdays | 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Fridays | 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Bremerton Fitness Center

Important Notes:

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the start of class to sign in

  • All classes are 50 min unless otherwise noted.

  • Limited space is available

  • Certified fitness professionals teach all classes and are included with facility access.
