Strengthen your midsection with our Cor and Abs class. This focused 30-minute workout targets your abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back, helping you build a solid foundation for overall strength and stability.  Through a variety of exercises like crunches, planks and leg raises, you’ll improve posture, balance and endurance while sculpting and toning your core.  Perfect for all fitness levels, our Core and Ab class will leave you feeling strong, supported and confident in your movements.  Join us and take your core strength to the next level.
