The Bremerton Recreation Center is a one-stop shop designed to meet all of your leisure needs!

The Bremerton Recreation Center hosts a variety of activities and amenities to help you relax or have a fun filled time. There are arcade games, gaming systems, computers, comfy chairs, bowling, a resource center and more! Whether you are an active duty sailor or a family looking for something fun to do we have you covered at our beautiful one stop shop!

Bowling

String bowling is a new and exciting way to enjoy the classic game of bowling. String bowling uses a machine that attaches a string or cord to the top of each pin, allowing them to be pulled back into position after each roll. With this new technology, you will have a blast taking the bowling world by storm. The Bremerton Recreation Center has six bowling lanes open during regular operations. Lanes are also available to rent for Birthday Parties and Command Socials.

Gaming

Our gaming services include Xbox X’s, PlayStation 5s, Nintendo Switches, extensive gaming library, internet gaming accessibility, arcade games, billiards, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, board games and Wi-Fi.
 

Movie Lounge

Bremerton Community Recreation Center hosts a 36-seat movie lounge with leather reclining chairs. Plan your next special event and receive access to a large inventory of movies on the big screen with surround sound! Movie selection is first come first serve. 
 

Library Services

Bremerton Recreation Center has a small library of resources available for check out and free computers available for use. If you have a small child join us for one of hour monthly story hours every first and third Thursday of the month at 10am.

Browse the selection of books through NavyMWRDigitalLibrary.org. The Navy MWR Library Program’s Digital Library Branch is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Digital customers can enjoy e-books and audiobooks, foreign language learning, test prep, and research resources that support lifelong learning, and professional and recreational reading.
 

Outdoor Equipment Rentals

Plan an outdoor adventure with outdoor gear rentals! Enjoy the selection of tents, sleeping bags, backpacks, camp stoves, coolers, mountain bikes, SUP (standup paddleboards), and snowshoes. Download our brochure for a complete list of items and pricing.

Room Rentals

The Multipurpose Room is a great location for meetings, parties, and get-togethers. It is also available for rent before and after regular hours of operation. Ask about the special rental packages that include bowling too!

Multipurpose Room Rental (1 - 4 hours): $75
Multipurpose Room Rental (5 - 8 hours): $110
Multipurpose Room Rental Before/After Hours: $35 per hour
 

LIBERTY Program

Bremerton Recreation Center is home of the Bremerton Liberty Program. Although there is not a Liberty facility on NBK Bremerton, there is a thriving Liberty Program for all enlisted sailors to enjoy. Check out our monthly Liberty Program calendar for information on upcoming events, trips and activities. 

Liberty Participation Requirements

  1. You must be active or reservist military personnel (this does not include spouses or dependents).
  2. Your rank is E-6 or below.

The Liberty Program hosts monthly tournaments, crafts, game nights, trips and more. Most activities are free or a reduced priced and Liberty eligible are authorized up to 2 guests (non-Liberty eligible). Guests pricing varies depending on the activity.
